Mini cake for 2

This collection of mini cakes are made out of fruit with chocolate, and puff pastry. The first cake has strawberries and chocolate on top of a layer of custard. To finish I covered it with icing sugar.

Esta serie de mini cakes van a ser de hojaldre, crema y frutas con chocolate. Esta primera tartita contiene, a parte de la crema y la base, una capa de fresas y puntitas de chocolate. Para terminar la adorné con azúcar glass espolvoreado por encima.

Tunisia: day 5

These incredible photos are taken in the middle of the desert, where people use to collect salt. Now its just a place for tourists where there isn´t much water left, and where the salt creates strange shapes. Also you can find some awesome rocks in the shapes of rose petals.

Este impresionante paisaje en medio del desierto, fue donde la gente solía dedicarse a recoger sal. Pero en la actualidad, tan sólo es un lugar turístico por el poco agua que queda y las montañas de sal con formas extrañas. Además de que se encuentran las famosas rosas del desierto, una roca de hojas en forma de rosa.

Tunisia: day 4

We are still in Sidi Bou Said. This is a little village with beautiful and colorful streets. There are blue and white houses, which doors are decorated with wood and arches. The beach is beautiful and is worth a while to spend a few days visiting it´s little shops and walking it´s streets. The girls in the pictures algo have blogs, and they are very interesting. I strongly recommend them: Beatriz from Galindos Blog and Ana from  Paniculata.

Seguimos en Sidi Bou Said. Este pueblo es pequeño pero sus preciosas calles están llenas de colores. Las casas están decoradas con blanco y azul, y las puertas las decoran con arcos de colores y robustas maderas. La playa es preciosa y merece la pena pasar unos días entre sus calles e infinitas tiendas.
